To commemorate the “bauhaus week berlin 2019,” the Kunstbibliothek presents the historical exhibition room “Where is typography headed?” by Bauhaus artist László Moholy-Nagy. In 1929, Moholy-Nagy designed 78 panels with text and images on the future of typography, which he then presented to the Kunstbibliothek as a gift. The show illuminates one of Moholy-Nagy’s most innovative creative periods between his time at Bauhaus Dessau and the New Bauhaus Chicago.
